This salt-fired vase is hand-thrown with a high-fire stoneware. A leaping warrior goddess is hand-drawn and highlighted with black slip. This vase was fired in a gas-fueled salt kiln. The combination of the flame and salt produces flashing and a glaze of salt in unexpected ways. The glazes used are food safe and durable. Although hand-washing is recommended for handmade pottery, this vase can be washed in a dishwasher.

Dimensions: 7 1/2”h x 3”w x 2” opening.
Holds approximately 14 oz.

Makes a great unique house gift and bud vase. My marks are stamped on the bottom.

Pro-tip: Everything tastes better in handmade pottery.
